CUSTOMER PICKUP
If your shipping method is Customer Pickup, this means that your order has been picked up or arranged to be picked up either by yourself, your client, or an authorized carrier of your choosing. ASSEMBLED - LOCAL
If your shipping method is Assembled - Local, you are a local customer (in the Maryland/Virginia/DC area) and your order will be delivered to you by one of our Country Casual Teak Trucks. Your appointment time should be scheduled by the time that you receive your shipping email. If your appointment has not been scheduled, please call 1-800-289-8325 to speak with one of our Furniture Specialists.
Assembled - Local deliveries include delivery of your assembled furniture. If you have any questions before, during, or after your delivery, please contact us at 1-800-289-8325.
JCR DELIVERY
If your shipping method is JCR Delivery, the details of your delivery appointment should have been explained to you at the time that the appointment was scheduled. If you have any further questions about your delivery appointment, your order, or anything else, please call 1-800-289-8325 to speak with one of our Furniture Specialists.
TRUCK
If your shipping method is listed as Truck, you will receive a call to schedule a delivery appointment. If you have any additional questions regarding your delivery or getting in contact with the shipping company, please call 1-800-289-8325 to speak with one of our Furniture Specialists.
